'Useless' as he is ubiquitously named in Scotland, also referred to as 'a kind of tartan Mr. Bean', Humza Yousaf (HumzaYousaf on X), a Muslim, is erroneously called Scottish.
Though some might not be able to tell from his name or face, he is not Scottish because the Scotts are first and foremost an ethnic group and this ethnic group does not include people like Humza Yousaf who is ethnically Paki. He is, however, a citizen of Scotland, apparently. He became, in 2023, the sixth first minister of Scotland and he was a leader of the Scottish National Party (SNP).
Yousaf, who is of Pakistani heritage, is the second Muslim to lead a major British political party and the first person of color to serve as Scotland’s first minister. In April 2024, after the collapse of a power-sharing agreement with the Scottish Greens and with the looming threat of votes of no confidence, Yousaf announced his resignation as first minister.
Outside of the UK, this Muslim (HumzaYousaf on X) is perhaps best known for his half-wit claim that Muslims invented things they did not invent and for getting owned over claiming so. On April 25, 2025, he posted this on X,
As you can see here, this was slapped with a corrective note that states that Humza Yousaf,
often spreads misinformation.
It explains, furthermore,
Euclid (300 BCE) and Ptolemy (150CE) were the first ones to discover and investigate vision and optical geometry. They were Greek and not Muslims.

Golly!

Iain Macwhirter wrote for the Spectator in April of 2023,
Humza is blundering on regardless with that hapless smile stapled to his face
and that
Useless isn’t going to be around very long, so just close your eyes and think of Scotland.
Just look at the sharp wit gleaming through those eyes!

According to Macwhirter writing for the Spectator, Humza Yousaf is
a kind of tartan Mr Bean: a well-meaning incompetent lost in a sea of confusion. He always seems to be the last to know what’s going on and then invariably makes the situation worse. Like when he asked a meeting of war-weary Ukrainian refugee women ‘where are all the men?’
Also, though he was, in April of 2023, according to the Spectator,
the leader of the party, and one of its longest-serving ministers,
he did not know that his own party's auditor had resigned 6 months prior
and that the party had not been able to find any other accountancy firm willing to validate their finances,
Nor, they report, did he
apparently know that the SNP had lost thirty thousand members in the last eighteen months. What, me worry?
Also, they report,
£110,000 motorhome? Nope, Humza didn’t know anything about this luxurious vehicle that has been rotting quietly outside ex-Chief Executive, Peter Murrell’s, 92-year-old mother’s home for the last two years. He accepts that it was purchased by the SNP, reportedly for use as a battle bus for the 2021 parliamentary elections, but it was news to him until shortly before it was carted away by police. The explanation is that it was required by Covid regulations, but that doesn’t entirely make sense. If the party needed this vehicle as a kind of mobile lockdown HQ, why not do what every other party does and hire a bus for the duration of the campaign? That would have cost a fraction of the purchase price of the never-used glampervan
These clownish failures, Macwhirter reported, helped to make up
an image of an administration that didn’t know its derriere from its elbow.
What might explain his "ignorance of a pretty high order"?
Being of Pakistani origin, even as a Paki born in the UK, it is not unlikely that he is a product of incest (footnote 1). Therefore, his apparently low intelligence may be a result of this very strong Paki tendency (footnote 1). According to the statistics (footnote 1), Humza is almost guaranteed to be the product of compacting inbreeding over many generations.
As Macwhirter wrote,
this is how you destroy a party leader’s credibility: by making him an object of ridicule.
Speaking of which, remember when this video of Yousaf falling was the laugh of the week?
This inbred half-wit is a supporter of legislation that is against the human right to freedom of speech. Again, he is also a politician (professional liar) and a Muslim which means, definitionally, that he believes, as his Quran says, the following...
Then, when the sacred months have passed, kill the polytheists wherever you find them, capture them and besiege them, and lie in wait for them at every ambush. But if they repent, and maintain the prayer and give the zakāt, then let them alone. Indeed Allah is all-forgiving, all-merciful.
The above is from surah 9:5 of the Quran. Below is surah 8:12.
Then your Lord signaled to the angels: ‘I am indeed with you; so steady the faithful. I will cast terror into the hearts of the faithless. So strike their necks, and strike each of their fingertips!’
Here is surah 2:191,
And kill them wherever you confront them, and expel them from where they expelled you, for faithlessness is graver than killing. But do not fight them near the Holy Mosque unless they fight you therein; but if they fight you, kill them; such is the requital of the faithless.
Some, engaging in what is known as taqiyya which is lying to defend Islamic beliefs, have claimed that the Quran does not say these things or that Humza does not believe these things. This is taqiyya. In the religion of Islam, Muslims do believe these things because, by definition, Muslims believe the Quran is the word of god.

1. According to "Consanguinity, human evolution, and complex diseases" by Bittles and Black for NIH/PubMed,
The influence of first-cousin marriage on the prevalence of autosomal recessive single-gene disorders was examined as part of an investigation into consanguinity-associated morbidity in a Pakistani community in the United Kingdom (51). From the results of this 5-year prospective study it was calculated that there would be a ≈7/1,000 increase in autosomal recessive disorders per 0.01 increase in the mean coefficient of inbreeding (52). Thus, in a national population such as Pakistan where ≈50% of marriages were between first cousins (F = 0.0625) (53) some 22/1,000 extra single-gene disorders would be expected.
